About This Role

RGP has an Insurance Client looking for Statutory Accounting and Reporting Consultants on an Interim Basis.

What You Will Work On

* Statutory Accounting and Statutory Reporting: Yellow Book, Blue Book, NAIC Reporting. GAAP to STAT Entries, Account Reconciliation, Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis, Consolidated Statutory Financials.

What You Will Bring

* Strong knowledge and 7+ years of experience within the Property & Casualty, Reinsurance and/or Life, Retirement & Annuities Insurance Industries.

* Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Finance or related field required. Master's degree or CPA is a big plus.

* Experience with Statutory Accounting / Statutory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Accounting / Month-End Close, Account analysis and variance analysis

* Strong systems and Data skills utilizing Accounting and Reporting systems and Excel

* Excellent communication, client service and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels

What You Can Expect

* Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

* Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

* Pay Range: Ideal Hourly Pay is $60-85 per hour depending on experience. Roles are REMOTE.
