Minimum Required QualificationsHigh school or equivalent experience. Three years food preparation experience and mastery of all kitchen and dining tasks and attributes. Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure necessary. Ability to communicate essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Food handlers permit or ability to obtain by passing safety and sanitation test.
Preferred QualificationsSupervisory experience preferred.
