Primary job is to assist servers in their duties.Essential Job Functions: • Greet and communicate with the guests in a friendly, courteous manner;• Set up and breakdown;• Maintain proper stock in service areas;• Pre-buss tables as necessary and keep non-alcoholic beverages filled;• Inform server of any requests made by guests;• Clean and reset table for next guests• General knowledge of menu items;• Any side duties as assigned;• Other reasonable duties as assigned
