Responsible for the upkeep of all dishes and trash.Essential Job Functions:•Excellent internal/external guest service;•Scrape and clean dishes, silverware and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher;•Wash pots, pans and trays;•Sweep and mop kitchen floors;•Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas;•General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room;•Other reasonable duties as assigned.
