You will join our team of writers, medical experts, video editors, animators and e-learning developers as a freelancer to help create an e-learning course about water quality in Sterile Processing. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the initial course outline be the main point of contact with content questions, and review the course text and media at various points in the process. Course details The course will be added to our existing 21-course Sterile Processing Program used in hospitals and colleges throughout the United States. The program helps provide foundational knowledge for new technicians and also reinforces core concepts for seasoned techs. Your role in more detail
- You are the external subject matter expert, this means you will:
- Meet with the team online and do an initial brainstorm
- Be available to answer questions, either via email or online meeting, during the process
- Review the initial educational text created and provide critical feedback
- Review the final educational text and media (video/2D/3D) and provide critical feedback
Are you the one?
- You have at least 5 years of experience working in Sterile Processing and/or are a Sterile Processing consultant within the United States
- You have an excellent knowledge ST108
- Experience as a Manager, Educator or Preceptor is a plus
- Experience writing or publishing is a plus
- Must be available from mid-October 2024 till mid-January 2025, 0 to 8 hours per week
- Must be prompt in returning emails
- Must be flexible and available to meet colleagues located in Europe (Amsterdam) online
