Position Summary:
* Performs the sanitizing of the cleanroom , clean unclassified areas and changing rooms to ensure the pharmaceutical products meet quality and productivity requirements along with cGMP and OSHA regulations.
* Ensures that all areas have a supply of the appropriate items.
* Assists with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
Primary Accountabilities:

* Perform sanitization in classified environments.
* Perform sanitization in clean unclassified environments.
* Maintains all stations that require hair nets, beard nets, and gloves.
* Ability to replace tacky mats.
* Regularly sanitizes and monitors shoe cover machines.
* Ability to stock cleanroom environments with gown supplies.
* Ability to exchange gown receptacles as necessary.
* Perform transfers of materials in classified environments as necessary.
* Trained and authorized to properly utilize Electronic Clean Room Logbook.
* Ability to comprehend production schedules/pass downs.
* Proficient with GDP
* Capable of successfully reading the production schedules.
* Printing Cleaning Logs.
* Successfully communicate with other departments.
* Successfully complete tasks without being told.
* Re-stock clean room supplies daily.
* Prepare sanitation solution daily.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities+
* Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Previous manufacturing/production work experience preferred.
* Previous sanitizing experience of sterile environment preferred.
* Detail oriented and ability to work independently or as a team.
* Incumbent must me able to work 12-hour days without fatigue.
* Ability to climb ladders.
* Position requires performing tasks that involve strenuous repetitive. Incumbents must have excellent stamina.
* Incumbents are required to perform full range of motion in fingers, wrists, elbows and shoulders.
* The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands.
