We're seeking a Sterilization and Lab Technician to join our growing team.
How you'll make us better:
Responsible for maintaining clean instruments and workstations. Follows strict adherence to company policies as well state dental laws, rules, and regulations under supervision of Orthodontist. Assists with laboratory procedures.
* Maintain instruments and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection
* Clean and wipe chairs between patients
* Provide patient care instructions
* Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of the Orthodontist
* Upload records to patient software
* Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and operatory following standard protocols
* Performs spore testing, maintains autoclave, and maintains sterilization logs
* Keep chairs stocked and organized
* Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Prerequisites for success:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required
* Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board
* CPR certification if required by state Dental Board
