Cape Cod's only Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for kitchen stewards to assist its various restaurants and banquets. This position will clean, transport, and store all china , glass, flatware, and cookware used in our food and beverage outlets . This role plays an integral part in the successful operation of our restaurants and catered affairs.
The steward's responsibilities include:
* Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen area and equipment
* Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all dishware, flatware, glassware, and tableware
* Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all cookware and culinary utensils.
* Ensuring restaurant and banquet kitchens are adequately stocked with supplies
Previous stewarding experience is preferred; training will be provided.
