Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Stibo Architect with over 10 years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and specifically Stibo Systems' STEP platform. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring seamless integration, data governance, and enhanced data quality across multiple systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Design and architect Stibo STEP solutions to meet business needs and strategic goals.Develop data models, workflow designs, and integration plans that align with best practices in MDM.Evaluate and optimize existing Stibo STEP implementations, making recommendations for improvements.Project Leadership:Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Stibo STEP projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Data Integration & Governance:Implement and oversee data integration strategies, connecting Stibo STEP with various systems, including ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and synchronization issues.Business & Technical Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of the Stibo STEP platform.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Stibo STEP, providing expertise and recommendations to support business strategies.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest developments in MDM technologies, data management trends, and Stibo STEP enhancements.Identify opportunities for process optimization, system upgrades, and automation within the MDM landscape.Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for Stibo STEP implementations.Skills & Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:10+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 5 years working with Stibo STEP.Proven track record of leading successful Stibo STEP projects and MDM implementations.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of Stibo STEP platform, including data modeling, workflow design, and data integration.Experience with data integration technologies (e.g., ETL tools, APIs, middleware).Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data security principles.Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python). Education: Bachelors Degree
