JOB SUMMARYThe Data Entry Operator is responsible for intake and inventory of Cannabis product in the manufacturing facility. This position reviews and maintains all manufacturing data and validates production in the operating systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently knowledgeable and compliant with all Rules and Regulations. Follows company policies and state guidelines at all times.
- Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts information according to priorities.
- Transfer data from paper and electronic files into a database system.
- Sorts and organizes electronic files after entering data.
- Maintains files of source documents or other information relative to data entered.
- Performs data-entry tasks, making tags and manifests.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors.
- Audits Inventory Control Forms in conjunction with METRC, Air Tabel and other internal data systems to identify discrepancies.
- Ensures proper classification and accuracy of inventory.
- Assists in or performs the filing and storage of security and backup data files. Retrieves data and reports from databases as requested.
- Ensures accuracy on all received orders. Identify and escalate any discrepancies to management.
- Complies with company commitments and objectives.
- Maintain highest standards of security and compliance by adhering to all receiving, quarantine, handling, and storage requirements in METRC and other databases.

- Strong computer & clerical skills. Technical expertise.
- Strong understanding of relevant databases.
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft & Google processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.).
- Fast typing skills: 60 wpm?
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Detail oriented. Ability to think analytically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 1-year previous data entry experience.
- Proven experience as a METRC data entry clerk with a high degree of accuracy.
- Possesses working knowledge of subject matter.
- Experience with Warehouse Management System or ERP a must.
- METRC knowledge required.
- High school degree or equivalent.

- Must be over 21 years of age?
- METRC experience required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
