Job Description:
Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment. Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials. Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products. Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms. Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed. Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
