Stock Clerk
As a Stock Clerk for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our bar remains well-stocked with all necessary supplies to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our bar and the satisfaction of our guests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
* Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
* Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
* Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products.
* Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms.
* Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed.
* Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
* Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
* Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Previous experience in a stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to wear assigned costumed uniform.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
* Stand and work in a bar environment for extended periods.
* Lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
* Moderate to high noise levels.
* Exposure to a smoky environment.
