This role is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong background in stock administration and a passion for financial management. You will be responsible for administering our company's employee stock plans and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role will offer you the chance to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our company's success.Responsibilities:1. Administer all aspects of the company's stock plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and employee stock purchase plans.2. Maintain accurate records of stock plan transactions and ensure that all activities are compliant with current regulations.3. Coordinate with the finance, legal, and HR departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock plan data.4. Assist in the development and implementation of new stock plan policies and procedures.5. Provide support to employees regarding stock plan inquiries and provide education on the company's stock plan benefits.6. Prepare reports for senior management and the board of directors regarding stock plan activity.7. Coordinate with external vendors and auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of stock plan audits.8. Stay up-to-date with changes in stock plan regulations and best practices.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in stock plan administration.3. Comprehensive understanding of stock plan administration practices and principles.4. Familiarity with stock plan software systems.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.10.
