You will Manage equity plan administration for the Company's C-level and senior management by maintaining and reconciling equity program data with stock plan administrator, uploading equity grants, modifications and cancellations, creating and delivering reporting, and answering stock plan related inquiries. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to analyze data and to utilize that data to communicate findings and influence decision making at senior executive and Board levels. The right candidate will have the ability to analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines. The successful candidate is highly collaborative, displays excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is an active listener and can synthesize different data and viewpoints. This position will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies around Stock Plan management. - Provide analytical support for various (executive, salaried and hourly) equity compensation projects
- Perform quantitative analyses to assist equity compensation planning and awards
- Analyze and communicate performance of equity plan and grant practices to executive staff and internal stakeholders, up to the CEO.
- Contribute to the research, design, and administration of equity compensation programs
- Active participant to the preparation of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee materials (Section 16 Officers and NEOs)
- Provide assistance in Executive Compensation matters, including as primary point of contact for executive questions about equity awards
- Partners with Legal, Finance and Tax to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, internal and external reporting and requirements for equity plans and SEC disclosures: Proxy, form 10K, CEO pay ratio, etc.
- Evaluates best practices and developments in applicable laws to drive changes in equity plan design and implementation.
- Support the Annual Compensation process on all questions related to Equity (budget, guidelines)
- In conjunction with internal partners, develop reporting and internal review processes and systems, employee communication and education programs, and grant recording and tracking mechanisms.

- Experience: Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related work experience. Masters degree and 3+ years of related work experience.

- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with third party stock administration systems, preferably Bank of America/Merrill Lynch
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activities
