Description: ACTUAL JOB TITLE: Order Processing Clerk Primary responsibilities include: •Navigate system menus to document receipt of prescription lenses from outsource laboratories •Utilize barcode scanning to accurately process incoming orders •Sort orders according to Service Level Agreement standards •Identify special instructions and distribute to appropriate departments •Understanding of frame filing system •Organize work following prompted instructions •Prepare lab tray for processing Secondary responsibilities include: •Provide supplementary support to main production floor when tasks are completed •Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions Skills needed: •Basic lens style knowledge
