SHIFT: 1stHOURS: 7:00am-4:30pm = Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays. HOURLY PAY= $16.50 PER HOURWhy you will love working at Maola:

SUMMARY:Ensures optimum quality of products by following regulatory standards and guidelines. Verifies proper labeling and addressing of products that are ready for shipment from the plant.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Performs quality checks: this involves pulling four units located in the top case of the first five stacks of each product coming from the production line.
  • Notifies supervisor of any products with issues; including, but not limited to, product without dates, incorrect dates, leaking cartons, short, filled units or cases, or any empty cases in a stack.
  • Places products in the assigned area, stacking 5 cases high, 12 stacks to each row.
  • Places dates on products facing the selector line making sure that new products are not placed in front of, or on top of, existing products.
  • Verifies that products are labeled correctly.
  • Notifies the console operator of any product mixing before products may reach the palletizer.
  • Cleans and hoses down all spills.
  • Notifies supervisor of leaking products and any waste products resulting in spills.
  • Inspects area around chains for milk drops; cleans and hoses down area accordingly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
