We have an exciting opportunity for a Stocking and Warehouse Associate to join our DOW Warehouse team. This position's primary focus is unloading and loading merchandise shipments from trucks to stock and organize the products in the correct places within the warehouse. Their secondary focus would be that of a Warehouse Associate. They will be responsible for all the inventory, order picking, order packing, order checking, shipping/receiving, stocking and maintenance/organization functions in the warehouse as directed by Management. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with some overtime as needed. Flexibility to work long hours, depending on your assigned jobs and business needs Full Time position with pay starting at $16.75 per hour. - Perform general stocking duties on a daily basis including storing and stocking products in/on bins, pallets, shelves, racks.
- Responsible for accurate weekly physical inventory counts.
- Maintain precise inventory of all product lines on a daily basis.
- Accurate order pulling and checking, and thorough stocking and organization.
- Load and unload shipments from all delivery vehicles and common carriers.
- Process freight and ground shipments accurately.
- Verify accuracy of warehouse deliveries.
- Sort, stack, and rotate inventory weekly (FIFO).
- Accurately pull and fill customer orders.
- Accurately check pulled orders.
- Create and update documents using Microsoft Office products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility.
Requirements Required Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented and will need to be able to work in a Team/Group environment, as well as independently without constant supervision.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
- Demonstrate understanding of safety issues.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Ability to be detailed, accurate, and thorough while working in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be flexible to work from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or later as needed.
- Punctual attendance and excellent time management skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a forklift is desired; must be able to pass forklift certification and operate forklift in warehouse locations utilizing a forklift.
- Minimum of one year experience supporting inventory or warehouse operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to grasp, sit, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads of 75 pounds in a physical environment
- Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds using a pallet jack or pallet stacker.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to be on your feet for and moving for up 8-10 hours a day as workload permits.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
