Stock Receiving/Warehouse PersonnelBig C Lumber in Cromwell, IN is currently seeking a Stock Receiving/Warehouse Person. This is a full time, day shift position with benefits. This position assist both inside the store and in the warehouse.Position Summary: Check accuracy of incoming materialAccurately price materialAssist drivers and other departmentsProvide assistance to customersReceive and prepare material for shipment Essential functions include: Notify salespersons of material receivedStock materialAssist customersPerform inventory cycle countsRotate stockUnload vehicles and check for material accuracyPlace material in proper yard locationUse all required safety equipmentAssist other employees as neededLoad trucks for deliveryPut returns awayCheck vehicles for any problems; including daily forklift inspectionsProper arrangement of material on trucksProper storage of inventoryAssist with ensuring yard is kept clean alwaysCommunicate clearly and effectively with employees, management, and customersPerform any special assignment/projects as required by the manager Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to build and arrange loads properlyAbility able to routinely lift, carry, and move over 70#CDL B or Chauffeur/For Hire License is a plus, but not requiredAbility to become Forklift CertifiedBasic math skillsSelf-motivationExhibit product knowledgeOrganizational skillsAbility to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh and extreme weather conditionsAbility to adapt to in-house software #J-18808-Ljbffr
