Job Description:
*Job Summary:*We're looking for a Stockroom Operations Associate to join the team! In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and storing inbound material shipments as well as move materials to the production floor as needed.*What We Offer:** Medical, dental, & vision insurance with competitive premiums * 401(k) with 3% matching* Up to $5,250 of educational assistance per calendar year* PTO + 9 paid company holidays *This job is for you if:** Have knowledge of inventory management.* Enjoy physical work.* Have previous experience working in a manufacturing, shipping, construction, or agricultural working environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Receive and store all inbound material shipments, checking against purchase orders and manufacturing orders to ensure correct items have been received and in the ordered quantity. * Enter information on receipts into the SII computer system, assigning them to their correct storage location. * Ensure all materials within the stockroom have corrected SDS labeling and that issued pigments have proper labeling stating cadmium and or/lead as needed. * Issue stockroom-held inventory items to various production areas ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for each insurance and ensuring issues have been properly entered into the computer system. * Process all returned goods back into the inventory.* Assemble and inspect accessories for complex industrial orders.*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * At least 1 year of industrial stockroom and/or warehouse experience - Preferred.* High School diploma and/or GED - preferred.* Ability to use a Forklift.* Ability to maintain a high attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.*Physical Requirements: *The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
