summary ResourceMFG is looking for experienced Stockroom Clerk for a Optic Manufacturing Company in the SE Area. Hours: Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm Pay: $19 an hour PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pull and issue work orders in a timely manner and by order of business need Liaise with Coating Scheduler and Production Planners to maintain stock movement Liaise with Fastenal to prevent stockouts and to ensure material delivery Maintain the supply room in a way that prevents stockouts Work with necessary parties to troubleshoot stock issues Keeps back room organized and clean Keeps hall in front of shipping room clean Keeps outside doors locked to prevent unauthorized visitors from entering the plant Pulls all components on all watchlists by the end of each business day, or coordinates with the supervisor to complete the workload Delivers excellent customer service to internal stakeholders including those in supervisory, production, planning and supply chain roles. Exerts a level of responsiveness required to maintain production flows throughout the day Assists with onboarding other team members as needed and as assigned by the Supervisor or Management Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management Operates forklift required-skills: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Maintain flexibility Strong typing skills Knowledge of basic computer functions Document accurately Proficiency and accuracy in word processing programs Work effectively with time and production restrictions in a fast paced environment Adapt to change quickly and effectively required-experience: warehouse 1 to 3 years
