Stockroom Coordinator:Scully Signal Company is a family-owned company and leader in safety systems that help protect people and the environment. We are looking to add a reliable, hands-on Stockroom Coordinator to our global headquarters in Wilmington, MA.Job Description:The Stockroom Coordinator reports to the Materials/Stockroom Manager and supports production needs including inventory control to kitting product for manufacturing. Job responsibilities include accurate counting, good record keeping, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Position ResponsibilitiesSelect parts from inventory and prepare kits for manufacturing to build.Count, receive and put away parts into inventory using designated locations.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory integrity by adhering to manufacturing practices and procedures.Fill stock requisitions, review expired lots with Material Manager, perform stock transfers and cycle counts.Follow general safety rules and company policies and procedures, including ISO procedures.General housekeeping to keep the work area clean and organized.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent required.2 Years of Experience in Material Handling or similar production environment.Computer skills and experience using ERP systems.Strong understanding of First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory method.Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.Preferred Experience:Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite (Syteline) a plus.Fork Truck Experience a plus.Scully Signal Company offers a competitive salary in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with a company match.Scully is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate because of age, color, disability, ethnicity, marital or family status, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, military veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Work Schedule:Full Time -40 hours per week Monday to Friday, on site in Wilmington, MA. 6:45am to 3:15pm, overtime as available.
