Under the direction of the Store Manager you will lead the store with a customer first mentality. Here are just a few things you will be doing on a daily basis. 100% Focus on our guests. Ensure store is staffed and employees are presentable. Build a positive and rewarding working environment for all. Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and well maintained. Develop current employees - train new hires. Solve various problems as they arise. Fill in for store manager when not present.Requirements:1 years of experience in retail, or food service. 6 months or more in a leadership role. Education : HS Diploma or GED / 2-year degree is a plus.Additional Info:$200.00 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days
