In this role, you'll support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, from staff supervision to customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Support staff training and supervision
- Assist with recruitment and scheduling
- Implement strategies to meet production and sales goals
- Oversee donation processing, sorting, pricing, and product presentation
- Maintain store appearance, safety, and security
- Implement customer development and retention plans
- Assist with financial procedures and reporting

Additional InformationQualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail experience (thrift store experience is a plus)
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills and ability to use Point of Sale systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds
