The Store Clerk will occupy a full-time, permanent position and will work at our plant located in Swanton. The Day-to-day
- Greet and assist customers at the store counter;
- Answer phone calls and customer inquiries;
- Open customer orders, ensure efficient order processing, and handle billing;
- Shipping small packages;
- Prepare and manage website orders;
- Occasionally support the shipping team with unloading and loading goods;
- Ensure self-storage management and assist the shipping team with warehouse self-management;
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and orderliness;
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
The skills we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role (an asset);
- Good computer skills and excellent organizational skills;
- Positive and professional attitude towards customers;
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills;
- Experience in forklift operation (an asset).
