- 2 years of previous leadership experience with clear examples of developing others
- Previous experience working with P&L and other sales reports.
- You have a clear understanding of store operations (sales, shrink, merchandising, inventory, etc.)
- Working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends doesn't faze you.
- Being on your feet for long periods of time gives you energy.
- A college degree in business, finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
