**Job Summary**
Our Store Lead is responsible for providing amazing customer service and utilizing our specialized sales process, weekly inventory counts, coaching and developing staff, planning and marketing special events and social media.
* We focus on achieving our goals; both personal and company.
* You will learn all about our wines and be able to make suggestions to our guests.
* We are currently looking for a full time Store Lead for our Robinson Location.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide amazing customer-centric experiences for all guests.
* Utilize our specialized sales process to achieve personal and company goals
* Merchandise the store and maintain a clean, professional appearance
* Keep accurate weekly inventory counts
* Develop and coach staff to reach store performance expectations
* Network to develop professional relationships with local business for cross promotion.
* Social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
* Day to day operations of a retail store: scheduling, payroll, hiring, training,
* Work at community events, wine walks, and festivals when needed
**Qualifications and Skills**
Previous management experience preferred
Previous sales experience required
Excellent customer service skills
