Start your career with BeMobile making $60,000 - $70,000+ (salary plus commissions) a year. As a Store Leader with BeMobile, you will lead, coach, and motivate your sales team. You will be an active member of the community you serve, network with other businesses, and build rapport with potential and current customers. Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail.
- Execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process consistently within the store.
- Build rapport with potential and current customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills for team and relationship building.
- Reliability and consistency in roles and responsibilities.
- 1-2 years of Retail Management experience or relevant experience.
