They oversee and manage all store activities to ensure optimal operational performance, superior customer service, quality products, proper staffing, career development, and financial performance. Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience); AA or BS/BA preferred
- At least 3 years (prefer 5) of management experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry; quick casual or fast-food concepts preferred
- Ability to work any day of the week, a minimum of 40 hours, and work various days and times; includes nights, weekends, and possibly holidays
- Understands the restaurant business and what actions drives profitability
- Has enhanced leadership abilities
- Possess strong team building, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; is dependable
- Meet the physical requirements of the position (talking/hearing/seeing; standing/walking and various body movements; pushing/pulling and lifting 5-50 lbs.; balancing and using ladders/stairs/ramps)
- Possess a current driver's license to travel within the market; have reliable transportation with full-coverage insurance; have a cell phone that can be used for company business
- Ability to complete and pass training program and portray our company's mission and values
