Your primary duties will include driving sales and profit, fostering customer loyalty, and maintaining WCTractor's high standards while leading and supporting an established team of professionals.Key responsibilities include:
- Driving top-line sales, managing profit/loss, and creating a culture of exceptional customer service
- Building and leading the store team, including hiring, training, development, and succession planning
- Managing daily operations such as inventory control, pricing, promotional activities, and loss prevention
- Ensuring compliance with all WCTractor standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least two years of retail leadership experience, with a strong preference for experience in farming, ranching, or agriculture
- Extensive customer service experience
