The store manager acts as the store's team leader. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and playing off of your teammates' strengths. It is your responsibility to identify patterns and recurring issues in the front and back end of the business. You should have (at least) a basic understanding of all aspects of your business.

- Sales/developing and maintaining relationships with carrier employees
- Handles all customer service issues
- Maintaining store filing system
- Participate in job interviews
- Handle RMA's
- Estimate requests from Emails
- Facebook and other social media updates
- Payroll
- Keeping employees productive
