TITLE: Store Manager
LOCATION: Yakima, WA
SALARY: $80 – 100k DOE
SCHEDULE: Full Time / Mon – Fri / 7:30am – 5pm / Saturdays (as needed) / 8am – 12pm / Direct Hire

THE ROLE
We are searching for a qualified and ambitious individual who has exceptional leadership skills and will ensure equipment and overall store operation meets our quality standards, is punctual, observes all safety measures, delivers exceptional customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hire and lead an amazing team, from sales and service to maintenance and drivers.
• Meeting store revenue and corporate goals and maintaining cost controls.
• Staffing plan and strategies to meet the staffing needs.
• Monitoring shop and parts inventory costs and equipment service levels.
• Interview for staff, hire, train and develop employees.
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
• 5-10 years' experience with equipment and/or the construction industry (preferred).
• Budget management experience.
• Management skills for people, systems, and customers.
• Strong writing skills (procedures, correspondence).
