STORE MANAGER

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and hard working individual who can work well under pressure. The successful candidate will direct all operations, including manufacturing of store made product and maintaining an outstanding customer experience!

We make most of our product from scratch so our team members are involved in the manufacturing and sales of our products.

Some of the responsibilities of the Manager are:

• Training and developing new employees.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
• Ensuring product quality and availability.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Assisting customers whenever necessary.
• Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
• Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
• Maintaining merchandise.
• Completing tasks assigned by the owner accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the Owner as instrusted.
