As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and drive our mission forward.

What You'll Do:As a FENG CHA Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of your store. You'll lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensure smooth store operations, and contribute to the growth of our brand. Additionally, you'll extend your leadership beyond your own store by visiting other locations to share best practices and support our network of stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire Your Team:
    • Create a positive and inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and motivated.
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to help your team grow.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences:
    • Ensure every customer feels welcomed, appreciated, and leaves with a smile.
    • Maintain high standards for product quality and service excellence.
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Manage Store Operations:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
    • Manage store financials, including sales goals, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Field Visits & Brand Support:
    • Conduct field visits to other FENG CHA locations to support their operations and share best practices.
    • Work closely with other store managers and the corporate team to ensure consistency in brand standards across all locations.
    • Assist with the launch of new stores and provide on-site support during peak times or special events.
  • Drive Store Success:
    • Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
    • Implement marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to increase store visibility and customer loyalty.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of management experience in the food & beverage industry, with a strong understanding of operations and team leadership.
  • A passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive team culture.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with both customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support other stores and the broader FENG CHA community.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and driving sales growth.
