Store Manager ResponsibilitiesAs a Store Manager with WCTractor, you will be responsible for managing all operational and team member aspects of a retail tractor/equipment dealership. Primary duties include driving sales and profit, team building, creating customer loyalty, and implementing company standards. Store Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment
- Drive sales and profit including but not limited to driving top line sales, creating and modeling behaviors to support a culture of selling, expense control, profit/loss management and customer service
- Build the store team including but not limited to partnering with HR in regard to hiring/staffing decisions, team member retention, managing schedules and payroll, training and development, succession planning, performance reviews and counseling and maintaining a safe in productive work environment.
- Execution of WCTractor standards as they relate to standards/processes, inventory management, freight movement, pricing/promotional activities, loss prevention, audit compliance and planning and delegation of daily tasks.
Store Manager QualificationsStore Manager QualificationsMinimum requirements for the store manager position include:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years retail leadership experience. Farming, ranching, agriculture experience strongly preferred.
- Extensive customer service experience required
- Computer skills required
- Must be able to stand for up to eight hours at a time
