Family owned tractor & power equipment dealership. We sell McCormick Tractors, LS Tractors, TYM Tractors & Mahindra Tractors. We also sell SCAG, Gravely, Spartan, and Husqvarna zero turn lawn mowers in addition to a variety of other agriculture equipment. We service everything we sell, anything from 100+hp tractors to small weed eaters.At Diamond R we all work together, everyone wears many hats and we always push to improve our business as well as our customers experience. We're hiring aStore Manager in Higginsville, MO to manage all aspects of the Higginsville dealership. The Manager will focus on high customer satisfaction, leading the location in alignment with our company direction, and meet or exceed location specific goals. We offer an excellent work environment and competitive wages. Compensation is highly dependent on the experience you bring and includes benefits such as paid medical insurance, paid time off, and 401K.  Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years of agriculture, farm, diesel, construction and/or heavy equipment or similar equipment dealership experience Prior experience managing multiple departments and employee groups is required Understanding of financial statements Knowledge of sales strategies Strong communicator and coach, implementing efficient operations and promoting a customer-first mentality amongst the team. Enjoy a role working directly with customers and can work calmly under the pressure of the busy season. Ability to acquire and analyze information essential to the operation of the business Job DescriptionAbout UsDiamond R EquipmentFamily owned tractor & power equipment dealership.
