PAY AND BENEFITS:
  • $80,000 - $90,000 total anticipated compensation ($55,000 - $65,000 salary + commissions + store performance bonuses); commissions earned are not capped, and higher annual earnings are possible

WHO WE NEED

The Person:

  • An entrepreneurial, energetic, and creative Store Manager with strong leadership skills who can develop a team of highly effective and passionate Comfort Consultants.
  • A track record of demonstrated top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport and develop enduring relationships
  • Self-starter that actively seeks, provides, and values feedback
  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
  • Fun, passionate and a quick study with a thirst for knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Educational and Professional Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years store management (manager or assistant manager experience); big ticket sales preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or MS Office Suite
  • Experience with POS/CRM platforms a plus
The Responsibilities:
  • Consistently dazzle and delight your customers
  • Create an atmosphere of curiosity and discovery which encourages customers to explore and realize the most comfortable version of themselves
  • Confidently present products in a way that contributes to our reputation for best-in-class products, product quality, and service
  • Hire and train a world-class team of caring and capable Comfort Consultants
  • Manage scheduling hours and payroll approval
  • Execute all required customer follow up related to quotes and post-sale contact
  • Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and up-to-date sales floor. Execute merchandising plans based on company guidelines
  • Passionately and aggressively maximize sales. Meet sales and 4-wall profit expectations
  • Provide reporting and tracking as required
  • Focus on and succeed at consistently creating Positive Memorable Customer Experiences
  • Demand a high level of performance from the company retail support team. Identify (then productively and clearly communicate) areas of weakness, opportunities to improve results, and anything you see that would help the company build a better, smarter business operation
