**Store Manager - Oceanside**
Retail Oceanside, New York We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our Chip City bakery in Oceanside, NY ! The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and experienced manager in the retail food industry. This candidate will also have completed the NY Food Safety Manager Certification or be willing to complete. Baking and barista skills a major plus! This role will lead a team of 8 -10 associates including Shift Leads. This role reports to the Area Manager. What job are we baking:
Your bakery duties:
* Develops a team that delivers excellent customer service and satisfaction
* Motivates the sales team to deliver results
* Provides consistent training, development, coaching, and feedback to associates
* Leads quality control and holds team accountable to standards
* Undertakes store administration duties such as creating schedules, validates payroll,
* Closely monitors inventory levels and orders new items
* Ensures store compliance with health and safety regulations
* Provides scheduling flexibility according to business needs
Your main ingredients:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years experience in the food service/retail industry, ideally in a managerial role.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to navigate a bakery, stockroom, office, and lift up to 30 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
