POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:The Store Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Store Operations on all Operations Processes & Procedures, Communications, Platform/Store Openings & Closings, Hot Market Events, Strategic Initiatives, and Seminar execution. The Manager will support the initiatives for all operations projects; be responsible for project management of the roll-outs during implementation to the field; and for ensuring Store Operations reporting, to and from the Field, are timely, organized, efficient and strategic.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Process and Procedural Improvements:Work on various Store Operations initiatives which will improve the productivity and profitability of the platforms.* Review and update existing operational processes and procedures - SAP, Sales Audit, etc* Develop Process and Procedure Mapping for all policies and procedures.* Support the platforms in operational processes.* Work with specific GMs on operational best practices, including Receiving, Replenishment, POG execution, and Bookkeeping.* Work with the Purchasing Department on a defined supplies ordering process for platforms and warehouses.* Develop operational process improvements as defined by Workforce Management business process improvements.Process Execution and Compliance:Manage the operational execution and completion of all reporting processes and procedures for the field with the respective Departments, including:* SAP Processes (Replenishment, Site Set Up, Process Improvement, Process Execution)* Training compliance reporting from the Learning Management System* Producing operational execution & compliance tracking reports* Process Compliance (Receiving, No Scan, Claims, Price Discrepancy, PO entry, Sales Audit)Communication* Manage the workload calendar to define specific tasks, timing, and execution of the defined tasks in a manageable timeframe for the platforms to execute.* Supervise changes to current operations programs by working with the support center functional departments on the communication; and facilitating the communication to the platforms.Implementation & Project Management:* Ensure strategic initiatives and operational Best Practices are implemented effectively.* Development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation and updates of the Workforce Management System to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.* Analyze and communicate high level cost/benefit analysis for targeted initiatives as directed by the Senior Director, Store Operations.Technology Implementation & Enhancements:* Provide project management for the implementation of training programs in partnership with the training department, and create procedures, guides, forms, and reports as defined or directed by the Senior Director, Store Operations.* Support the platforms with the optimal use of the defined systems - SAP, WFM, PowerBI, DCW, The Hub, etc. - and suggest enhancements for operational effectiveness.* Follow up on implementation of initiatives and provide project management for rollouts.* Provide communication forums for operational process region captains/ambassadors to review current processes, and suggest enhancements.* Provide operational support for the execution of PCI training, audits and compliance.* Provide project management support in the review, testing, and implementation of technology development to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Special Events and Platform/Store Openings & Closings:* Responsible for supporting and executing the defined logistics related to the annual Seminar Conference.* Lead the platform/store openings, platform/store closings, and hot market events for the respective Region assignments.* Provide project management support to monitor the effectiveness of each department in supporting and executing the store/platform opening & closing process.* Follow up on the execution of the store opening, store closing, & hot market events.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The Store Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Store Operations on all Operations Processes & Procedures, Communications, Platform/Store Openings & Closings, Hot Market Events, Strategic Initiatives, and Seminar execution.
