Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to established guidelines Process donations and complete donation receipts Track and report production numbers in assigned locations Move processed merchandise to sales floor for display or to designated shipping locations Assist in loading/unloading ARC Center trucks Maintain clean work and storage spaces Meet daily production goals for merchandise processing Power sort donations into correct bins Stock sales floor with new merchandise Provide excellent customer service to donors What You'll Need to Succeed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or currently pursuing Strong English communication skills for team interactions Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Basic math skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings Professional appearance and adherence to dress code Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check Reliable and team-oriented mindset...Processor, Store, Retail, Merchandise, Process
