This is a Seasonal Position Ace Hardware - Immediate Hiring: Store Remodel Associate Are you passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same? Join Strand Ace Hardware, a local, family-owned company dedicated to serving communities since 1946. As a Store Remodel Associate, you will play a crucial role in transforming our stores into inviting spaces for our customers. Work with renowned brands like Stihl, Husqvarna, Traeger, Weber, and more, gaining valuable experience in the process. This is a seasonal, non-customer facing position that will require you to lift, bend and squat repetitively throughout your shift. You will be required to build fixtures, place product using a Planogram and merchandise according to store standards. Reliable and dependable associates could potentially be offered long-term employment after the reset is complete. Applicants without Open Availability will not be considered for this position. Hired associates can expect employment through the end of October. Responsibilities:

• Assist in remodeling store layouts to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Handle tools and equipment with care and precision

Requirements:

• No formal education required - just a passion for improvement
• Availability for weekend shifts and overtime as needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, day shift environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, multiple times per shift
• Must be 18+ years old
