PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Understanding of facilities repairs and maintenance in a complex retail environment Experience using ServiceChannel Store Retail Maintenance Specialist duties: Actively manage daily Work Order volume and proactively communicate with Store Maintenance and Brand Leadership partners as appropriate Ability to analyze and understand data for the purpose of identifying trends, cost drivers and suggest necessary changes to support business initiatives Understand current business KPIs by proposing and creating business actions to help achieve them Create, review, and evaluate system generated service partner reports to assess vendor performance and provide necessary feedback Continually look for opportunities to optimize vendor responsiveness, reduce repair/replacement time and overall costs Identify trends using a variety of Reporting Tools to support overall Brand Performance
