Overview:As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership:- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.- Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment.2.
