**Job Description**

* The **Storeroom Attendant** serves in the logistics area of the storeroom; including receiving- stocking- issuing- inventory accuracy- cycle counting- client interface- and computer transaction entry along with planning- prioritizing and kitting materials for maintenance preventive- corrective work that meets the needs of the Fremont factory. The focus of this position is to receive stock- issue- locate and verify inventory utilizing our SAP CMMS and to insure all work has the necessary materials in stock. Also insure all materials that leave the storeroom are attached to a work order.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Facilitate company strategies for storeroom management.

* Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies:

+ Conduct daily cycle counts for main storeroom.

+ Conduct weekly cycle counts for floor stock.

+ Conduct monthly cycle counts for satellite storerooms.

* Issue parts & supplies to Maintenance & production personnel.

* Write Emergency Breakdown Orders and Issue parts to Orders.

* Work with Leads/Supervision to insure materials are Kitted for Planned work.

* Conduct daily entry in SAP computer system of stock disbursements.

* Conduct daily dispatching of repair & returns.

* Conduct daily restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies)

* Conduct daily retrieval & disbursements of goods issue tickets from satellite storerooms.

* Assist others in identifying- locating and issuing parts and supplies to KraftHeinz Associates.

* Participant on KraftHeinz teams & support team decisions.

* Submit parts in Struxure for stock changes: add- remove- extend- edit

* Comply with all KraftHeinz policies- procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.

* Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by Storeroom Supervisor/Maintenance Management

* Maintain positive rapport w/ customers- suppliers- contractors- KraftHeinz Associates.

* Participant on assigned teams. Support team decisions.

* Perform area housekeeping duties.

* Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with Lockout/Tagout- hot work- fall protection- and other OSHA regulations.

* Utilize the SAP system to document maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**

* 2+ years experience working in inventory management- maintenance Planning or similar field.

* Basic Knowledge of MRO materials.

* Computer Literacy- Windows Operating System- All Microsoft Office applications- and the ability to learn and demonstrate the use of SAP.

* Person should have knowledge of or be willing and able to train in Maintenance Systems- computer skills- lubricants and lubricating systems- and new technologies in predictive maintenance. The extent of the additional knowledge of these systems is the type that can be applied to the purchasing of such to help the factory reliability and maintain cost effectiveness.

* Must be able to apply problem-solving techniques- communicate effectively- demonstrate leadership- and plan effectively.

* Background in mechanical- electrical- computer systems as it pertains to the ability to identify- stock and issue materials with regards to these trades preferred.
