OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY As the Storeroom Clerk, you will assist the Storeroom Staff to fulfill food orders for kitchens and bakeshops. You will learn about a wide range of ingredients, assess quality and condition of perishable ingredients, learn and follow FIFO rotation processes, record issue quantities and/or substitutions in inventory software. SHIFTS
- Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM, between 2 to 3 shifts a week
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the repacking bulk dry goods into small retail packs
- Fill kitchen requisitions
- Storing product using FIFO
- Any and all other duties as assigned.

- Stockroom/Inventory Experience

Successful applicant must be able to perform all related functions of the assignment which includes working during required hours of operation, ability to bend reach and stand for long periods of time, lifting and carrying of items up to fifty (50) pounds, and the ability to withstand high ambient temperatures.
