Join us at MacLean-Fogg as we build on our legacy of excellence and shape the future of manufacturing.Job Summary:MacLean-Fogg is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Account Executive to drive new business growth and manage key customer relationships across various industries, with a focus on revenue generation. This role is primarily responsible for acquiring new business (75%) while leveraging our manufacturing capabilities to deliver tailored solutions to clients. As a national role, the Strategic Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the General Manager at our Mooresville Manufacturing Facility.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to the automotive sector.Manage and grow existing key accounts by fostering long-term relationships and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Achieve revenue growth targets by effectively communicating MacLean-Fogg's manufacturing capabilities and value propositions to potential clients.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain) to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings nationwide to build networks and maintain a strong market presence.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the customer's specific needs.Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the General Manager and other key stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience in a strategic sales or business development role within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities, with the ability to translate technical aspects into customer solutions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in conferences.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Proficient in using sales tracking methods.Strong presentation and proposal development skills.Why MacLean-Fogg?Join a company with a rich history and a commitment to innovation.
