Strategic Account ManagerThe Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing the strategy for selling Epicor solutions through our strategic partners. Uses industry and product knowledge to provide innovative solutions to the partner's complex requirements.
What you will be doing:- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate.
- Understand the customer's business and industry direction to manage a long term, sustainable business portfolio.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/quota and the Annual Recurring Revenue growth expectations through the sales process.
- Build lasting, meaningful relationships with other members of management, team, and prospect/customer community.
- Recognize, drive and share best practices.
- Coordinate and consolidate marketing initiatives across all assigned partners.
- Acts as a leader and resource for the strategic partner management team.
- Negotiating new and renewal contract process with the partner and our legal and business team.
What you'll likely bring:- Proven track record of sales and partners management success in the software industry
- Strong experience with key partner management
- Excellent communication skills with executive level stakeholders; expert written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Epicor products and services
- Knowledge of the specific product industry (building supply, retail and distribution)
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects
- Ability to develop and execute sales and relationship strategies

Range:Minimum: $50,000.00 USD Maximum: $140,000.00 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
