Job Summary
The Strategic Business Lead is responsible for leading the identification, evaluation, development, and implementation of new Specialty Products opportunities. This position provides leadership, consultation, facilitation, insight, and analytic support to develop and deliver high priority initiatives that are critical to Specialty Products growth goals. This individual is accountable for assessing internal and external resources/opportunities, as well as gathering and synthesizing data to make sound business recommendations to senior leaders in support of our corporate strategy. In collaboration with senior executives, this individual works with cross-functional teams to advance complex large-scale projects from strategy to implementation. The Strategic Business Lead will demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, problem solving and collaboration to develop and coordinate strategy, prioritize deliverables, and implement key initiatives with a variety of teams, including internal and external partners. This role requires deep experience evaluating market opportunities, devising market entry strategies, and leading complex work streams across multiple functions within the organization.
In addition, the role will support Commercial Division leadership by driving key strategic initiatives to capitalize on new product and service opportunities.
