Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Home OfficeRole Description:The National Campaign Management Strategic Consultant analyzes and understands relative opportunity across markets and divisions, partners with a variety of functional areas to describe that opportunity and inform differential resourcing, regularly rebalances resources to achieve greatest benefit in alignment with functional leaders within constraints, and during planning works to align opportunity, resourcing, and objectives to achieve overall USBU objectives. As timely opportunities arise, this associate partners with functional areas and resource alignment teams to facilitate short- or medium-term strategies and campaigns, leveraging CRM tools and associated technologies. Aligned with field, functional, and enterprise planning calendars, leads aspects of and works to improve the planning process, support the business performance team and market leaders/division leaders in creating and documenting annual and long-term plans, and coordinate and communicate campaign management and planning process across broader team and firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end multi-year planning process with specific functional areas/objectives to achieve aspirational yet achievable business objectives through field and home office partnership. Align enterprise objectives and outcomes driven by USBU with region, market, and division objectives, negotiated through our MM process and optimization model. Support business performance team and market/divisions in crating and documenting annual and long-term plans.
- Develop, enhance, and execute quantitative segmentation diagnostics, aligning specific opportunities and functional resources to drive growth, efficiency and financial performance, informed by performance data, relative opportunity, and competitive intelligence. Partners with Market Leadership, Key Stakeholders and USBU to implement strategic priorities with a market segmented approach - to drive shared outcomes and resource allocation. Integrates the results of work into intra-year resource reallocation discussions
- Orchestrate national execution strategies and campaigns leveraging technology, CRM tools and AI; Establish and lead short- and medium-term sales campaigns, in alignment with specific market opportunities, in partnership with functional areas. Establish measurement strategy and refines future campaigns, resourcing, and goal setting based on regular review and analysis.
- Continually partners across business performance organization to provide updates on progress of strategies and campaigns, relative benefit, impact on business metrics or financial performance, integrating into regular performance review discussions. Proactively develops tools and processes to identify future opportunities and potential campaigns / areas of support.
- Partners across team and enterprise to align with planning and review calendars. Creates Job Aides, FAQs, and facilitates training around planning process and associated tools. Helps build acumen across team and market leaders and division leaders or process, tools, and specific diagnostics.
