You will work directly with a Financial Institution client and key Fiserv leaders to understand and support the FIs long term strategy. You have accountability for ensuring quality development and delivery of products and services to the FI, aligning our delivery capabilities to the sales process and ensuring our ability to deliver throughout the entire implementation life cycle on a large, complex, engagement (in excess of $10M) and/or a portfolio of projects/programs for a specific client.

This role will give you the opportunity to exercise your program management knowledge, your experience with large multi-product implementations and software development, relationship management, strategic planning, portfolio management, consulting skills, and process improvement/organizational change, which empowers you as a leader to deliver on the promise of One Fiserv. You'll formulate, gain alignment, and execute on program approach, end state vision and roadmap for the program!

As a Strategic Partner, you can look forward to:

Establishing an effective governance structure to provide direction and oversight of multiple program tracks of work.

Establishing mechanisms to set expectations and ensure ongoing control of the program Governance, Communication Plan; and Project/Program Management

Leading the Enterprise Portfolio to drive the planning activities for new programs

Partnering with Fiserv FI Relationship Manager, Service Manager and joint Executive Steering Committee Members to provide engagement level updates pertaining to risks and dependencies. Aggregates and summarizes information across all programs to provide a high-level executive dashboard of project status to Steering Committee, executive management and other key partners

Partnering with the Solution Strategist to identify and plan for dependencies across all program tracks to ensure quality in solution development and test planning

Encouraging a high-performance matrix team by identifying resources and skillsets needed and implementing a management plan to ensure successful delivery of the overall engagement

Building and encouraging client relationships as a single point of contact for all delivery efforts in order to ensure client satisfaction and reference ability

Aligning the sales proposal, client expectations, Contract, Finance, and scope to ensure projects are effectively understood by all parties

Support the transition from sales to delivery and from delivery to operational support

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

High School Diploma/GED required with equivalent work experience; BA, BS and/or MBA preferred

7+ years leading large-scale delivery programs including development and integration

12+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years of program management experience delivering large complex programs (portfolio of projects) with multiple project tracks

5+ years of experience in custom software product development, systems integration, and/or software implementation services

5 years or more experience with client facing consulting / professional services experience

Minimum of 5 years experience with a distributed team environment; matrix management of multi-functional processes and teams

Expertise with MS Visio and Project Management tools

Extensive MS Office Suite experience, primarily PowerPoint for presentations with internal/external stakeholders

Excellent consulting, client relationship and presentation skills, written and verbal, and be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers in a concise manner

Ability to build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with external and internal key partners/customers across diverse groups

Proven flexibility and the ability to deal with amb
