Job Description As part of the Strategic Finance and FP&A Team, you will be a strategic, financial and operational thought partner to the VP of Finance, executive team and business owners throughout the organization. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead development of annual P&L budget, cash flow budget and 5-Year Plan; provide detailed and strategic insight into each revenue and expense line item
  • Ad hoc / special projects - build dynamic financial models and business cases to assess new initiatives
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Accounting and Executive teams to support regular reporting including daily and weekly performance reports, monthly financial summary & variance analysis, quarterly board presentations and ad hoc strategic presentations
  • Analyze marketing & pricing strategies including promotions, product offerings and competitive landscape
  • Analyze operational processes & performance to help drive success across studio portfolio
  • Active participation in regular meetings with cross-functional partners to identify key risks & opportunities for the business
  • Partner with the VP of Finance on innovating and exploring ways to improve business processes, financial performance and accountability across all departments
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or FP&A experience required
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, mathematics or finance preferred
  • Exhibit deep intellectual curiosity and offer opinions about business initiatives, strategy and financial performance
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic start-up like environment
  • Extraordinary Excel / financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills and experience with Executive Level presentations
  • Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning & accounting systems (Hyperion, OneStream, JDE, D365) a plus
  • Fitness, hospitality or retail experience a plus
